“terrible service”

The breakfast was good. If you don’t want to wait a long time after a tiring day of traveling, avoid this hotel—run. I arrived at 7 pm, and many locals were dining in the restaurant, so the staff were very busy. I stood at the entrance for half an hour and no one paid attention to me; they just told me to wait longer. Only half an hour later did someone let me check in, and the process took only three minutes. If they’re this busy every day, they could at least consider self-check-in instead of making guests wait. The Wi-Fi was completely unusable, and worse, the mobile 5G signal in the hotel was also very poor, so I couldn’t get online at all to plan the next day’s itinerary. Later I decided to eat at the hotel because it’s very remote and I couldn’t find any other restaurants nearby, and I still waited a long time before anyone served me. The bathroom has a window directly facing the driveway with no curtain, so I could be seen clearly from outside while using the toilet or taking a shower. No drinking water was provided, and no supermarket nearby was open either. The room was cold, the duvet was very thin, and only one spare blanket was provided. I will definitely never come back a second time

Altho we were last to have breakfast at 8.50, altho serving is till 9.30, the host obliged us to make more egg after asking us if we wanted to have any😳🙏. There is no reception. Nobody there to receive you. There’s a pizzeria. Went into Pizzeria to ask about key. Told to wait at entrance till someone comes. An old man comes. The only thing he says is “Passports please” He disappears, comes back with key and says “ 2nd Floor” and that was it. We didn’t feel like going for supper after that. The cleaner knocked the bedroom door at 8.40 to clean the room, told us she’d come back in 5 min. I asked her if we have to leave because dept time at 10.00 and we have had breakfast. Yes , she only has 4hours to clean the rooms. So we packed up and took luggage to car. At breakfast we were last ones there at 8.50. The old man said good morning and offered to make us some egg as there was one left
