The spot is excellent and the bed was comfortable, but the room looked a bit dated and needed refurbishment; I stayed in room 404 where the air‑conditioning was noisy and the shower temperature couldn’t be locked in.

The location and proximity to attractions and the metro were good, but the breakfast service, the condition of the bathroom and lift, and the noise from the ventilation above the entrance were disappointing.

The hotel looks very worn out and clearly needs renovation; the photos are misleading, everything is scratched, damaged, and old, even the curtains stick and don’t open properly, and overall the condition is very disappointing and not what we expected.
