The beds were comfortable, but the ice machine was broken and there was no alternative for ice. The wall in the bathroom was coming undone, and there was obvious water damage along the wall and on the bathtub’s roof. If you’re paying $130 to come in at 11 o’clock at night, having ice would be nice, and they shouldn’t charge that much for rooms with so much damage.

When we checked in on Thursday night, it took 10 to 15 minutes for someone to open the office door and let us in, but otherwise the experience was wonderful.

The room had an ironing board, an iron, a table, a couch, and a TV, all of which were wonderful, and the double windows added to the charm. I stayed in a suite with three beds, and it was incredible—quiet and beautiful. The staff were great, personable, and trustworthy. Checking out felt like leaving home.

The place was clean, but the rooms need to be aired out and the bath towels should be cleaned better.
