This lovely boutique hotel in Polanco sits on a quiet street, tucked away for a peaceful vacation, and the staff are responsive and friendly. However, the walls are thin, so you can hear the staff moving up and down the stairs, and the sidewalk pavement next to the property is incredibly uneven and unsafe, which should be fixed.

The stay was quiet and the location was great. The staff were exceptional and the manager was wonderful.

The hotel was great! Our room faced the courtyard, so it didn’t get much natural light, but that was a minor issue. Overall, I’d give our stay a 10 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again. The location was fantastic!
