The breakfast was really good and there was plenty of everything, the location was perfect for us since you can walk straight to the turbine halls and also to the Westfield mall, and the room was very tidy and quite spacious. The only thing that came to mind was that the air conditioning seemed a bit off for us.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The cleaning staff entered my room in the morning while I was still in bed.

Nothing. We had a concert cancelled, so we asked if we could cancel the stay. The answer was no. Because of that, we decided to still drive to Oberhausen and stay there – even without the concert. What happened? Our stay was simply cancelled 😡 with a 10% refund!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
