“Bon rapport qualité /prix - Personnel très sympa”
The restaurant was convenient and the place was well‑situated. The room felt a bit outdated and the air‑conditioning was unpredictable, but the fan did the job.

The location was great and there were plenty of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The mattress was firm and without air‑conditioning, so it was hard to sleep at night. We asked to leave our bags while we did a free tour; the staff agreed but kept them in the bar, which felt insecure, especially since the camera coverage was weak in that area.

The staff were amazing, and the hotel had everything you could need in a very central spot. It was our first visit to Phnom Penh, and we fell in love with the city while staying here.

Everything was close by, and the restaurants were on the ground floor. The stairs are steep, which might not be ideal for people over 70, or they could prefer the ground floor.

The staff were very sweet, handing us water bottles and fresh towels after a few nights (four in total). Every time we came in, we were greeted with a warm smile. A small bag of toiletries on the bed at check‑in was a nice touch. The fan worked, but it was hard to sleep at times; air‑conditioning was much pricier. It’s tolerable for budget travelers, but it was incredibly stuffy. The hot shower was lovely, though the bathroom is tiny and everything gets wet. I wouldn’t stay here as a solo female traveler, not because of the property itself but because of the area. The neighborhood is full of older male tourists with much younger local women, or people just staring at you as you walk by. Even with my partner, I felt uneasy with the gawking. The location is close to many things and very walkable. The room is above a restaurant, so everything you own will smell like garlic. The window doesn’t let in fresh air; it looks over a kitchen. People were cooking from very early until 1 a.m. one night. They weren’t loud, but it was noticeable when trying to sleep. The bathroom has slits in the wall that lead to the back of the kitchen, and mosquitoes kept coming through, giving us a few bad bites. The bathroom door couldn’t close fully, which helped prevent this.
