Both receptionists were kind and accommodating. We enjoyed the outdoor area, falling asleep to the soothing ocean sounds. Breakfast was great and the service appreciated. The location is close to the Medina. Thanks!

The staff were very friendly. My bungalow was spacious, clean, and the shower pressure was excellent, which can make or break a trip. It was extremely quiet and peaceful, ideally situated across from the beach and near the medina. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the pool was cleaned daily. The only downside was the absence of a kettle in the room; waking up at 5 am to brew coffee was problematic since breakfast didn’t start until 8.

The location is good, though street noise is noticeable. The beach service is convenient, and the reception staff are friendly and accommodating. The garden is nice, and the breakfast is small but good Moroccan fare. The hotel feels a bit old‑fashioned; the floor often needs vacuuming, the pool paint is peeling, and the garden furniture and cushions are broken.

The location was acceptable. The hotel desperately needs renovation—everything feels worn out, and the photos look 30 years old. The shower was broken, the room smelled of old urine, and it was visibly unclean. We found this unacceptable, requested a refund, and they initially agreed. We moved to another nearby hotel, but the refund was later denied even though they had said yes. They refused to help or take responsibility, and we argued with them for two days with no resolution.
