The property was roomy, well organized, loaded with facilities, impeccably maintained, and featured lovely gardens, pools, and a water park perfect for kids and families; every staff member was attentive and helpful.

I stayed at a top resort with great food, modern décor, a slide park, a well-equipped gym, plenty of drinks, a spacious layout, and nice rooms, but there weren't enough loungers for such a large hotel and the evening entertainment was far too loud, especially if your room is centrally located near the lobby.

The outdoor areas are beautiful and well maintained. The buffet is varied and tasty, and the staff are very helpful and warm. The rooms are spacious. On the downside, the room is very noisy near the road, the single bed has a very hard mattress, and I strongly advise against the Moroccan restaurant – the buffet is far superior.

Le personnel très sympathique et au top ! Serviables et prêt à tout pour répondre à nos demandes. Le restaurant très bon et pour tous les goûts. Une des piscines est chauffée très appréciable. La 2eme piscine, l'eau très froide ainsi que l'eau du parc aquatique, impossible d'y rester un long moment. L'animation qui était sympa et diversifiée se termine à 23h grand max. Et malheureusement, tous les transats sont pris par des serviettes alors que les personnes ne sont pas présentes. Impossible d'avoir un transat même pour rester juste une petite heure

I couldn't find anything to criticize about this hotel; cleanliness was a major plus, with everything spotless in the room and the surrounding areas. There were plenty of kid‑friendly and baby‑friendly amenities, and the staff—especially Layla on our checkout day—were very helpful and accommodating. We stayed in a family room that was just the right size, and the buffet varied daily while still offering familiar staples for my kids, which was very convenient. Everything was great, the price was budget‑friendly, my kids were always entertained, fed, and happy. The heated pool had nearby storage, and the large water park kept the kids busy.
