I arrived at the wrong address, walked down to this place, booked online, and spoke to a lovely lady who helped me check in.

The place did exactly what it advertised: a quiet, clean, and safe stay at a fair price. The staff handled my remote check‑in smoothly, and everything in the room matched the description.

The location is convenient, close to the city center train station, but the entrance is a bit hard to spot. Getting the password and key is a hassle; you have to go to the main gate to talk to someone. It would help if the host sent the details by email beforehand so guests could self‑check‑in.

Avoid at all cost. Had a nightmare of a time, staff most unhelpful, looks very rundown and shoddy from the outside. We had to go to to get the 200 pound deposit back, they paid eventually but it was like pulling teeth
