The place was quiet. It was a bit far from the main roads but close enough to the candle point; several motorbike taxis are available day and night. The residence is near several schools, universities, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and restaurants. I would have liked a dedicated storage space for my clothes and beauty products in the bathroom.
