Gentle staff, great breakfast, relaxed vibe. The balcony is huge with a sea view and the bus stop is right next door. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The pool is nice. It's a bit far from the city centre, but the area is quiet and full of good places to eat.

The building is a bit old, yet the staff is very friendly and everything is clean. The location is excellent and the price‑performance ratio is decent.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, always ready to book taxis or activities. The pool isn’t heated but feels great in summer, and the bar is a real plus, reasonably priced. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options and open until a decent hour. The hotel sits right on the beach, making it very convenient. The basic room with a balcony (though not in the sun) is nice. The location in Jesolo is good and there’s plenty to do for a few days. When the weather was bad, the bar was closed, which was a bit disappointing. The hotel and terraces don’t get sun in the afternoon, but that’s not a big deal since the beach is nearby. Paying for parasols is required both at the pool and on the beach.

Right on the beach. The door lock was very bad and old; it took several minutes each time to open the door.
