The staff were exceptional and helped us all the time. We arrived at 12 am and still had someone to check us in. We had a second‑floor room with a balcony, but because we had many suitcases, they moved us to the first floor. I’m very satisfied. It’s less than 10 minutes from the Palace of Versailles. The only downside was the very high taxes, which they didn’t refund us as tourists, so I gave it a 10.0/10.

L'emplacement et le calme. Rien

The location was beautiful, close to the castle and the Jeu de Paume, the comfort and décor were pleasant, the staff were friendly and attentive, and they took the time to fix small issues and make the stay enjoyable. The only complaint was the soundproofing: from the room we could clearly hear the occupants on the floor above in the bathroom, which was a bit disturbing, so I gave it a 9.0/10.

I stayed two nights here because it was conveniently within walking distance of the Palace of Versailles. I was checked in quickly and taken to my room, where I received an upgrade to a superior room. The bed was a super king‑size and very comfortable. The ensuite wet room was huge, with plenty of hot water and extra towels. I can’t think of anything to dislike, so I gave it a 10.0/10.
