I didn’t see an elevator in the building, but the staff were very helpful, carrying my luggage and even staying late to wait for me because I missed the breakfast time. Their friendliness was great, and the breakfast itself was delicious.

The building itself is quite old, but the interior has been renovated and looks clean, and being close to the Tsugaike gondola makes it a viable option for ski season; on the downside, every room has a wall‑mounted AC unit added, and the original central‑air ducts emit a moldy smell that also lingers in the bathroom, which was noticeable as soon as I entered, though everything else was fine and I hope they fix that issue.
