“Decepcionante y publicidad engañosa”
The location is good, but you’ll need a car to move around the island and reach the hotel easily. The hotel disappointed us greatly. The photos don’t match reality at all. Rooms are spacious but the beds are very old and extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom is also old and quite small, which is normal in the country. The breakfast buffet was very limited, lacking Western options, and the food wasn’t very good; it’s better to eat at a nearby local spot or the Naha markets. The hotel has no spa; they have a “public bath” which is a completely different concept. They also offer massages in the same building, but they’re extra paid. The staff were friendly, but nobody spoke English (not even basic), making communication hard; we managed with an app. It was the worst hotel we stayed at during our entire trip to Japan, and I can’t recommend it.
