La atención del personal. Nos dieron una habitación sin placares (estuvimos los 5 días con la ropa en las valijas) con una cama pegada a la pared y muy mal iluminada. En resumen cobraron como si fuera un hotel 4 estrellas y es una pensión. CONSEJO: SI VAN A ROMA NO SE ALOJEN EN EL SEVEN KINGS RELAIS

I walked everywhere and felt safe in the area; receptionist Jessica was very friendly and the room was spotless thanks to a male cleaner. It was a small room with a bathroom and a large window overlooking a courtyard, which kept road noise away. The property has a lift, and the street door, apartment complex, and my room (three doors) open electronically via phone—just make sure your phone is charged. The only downside was a bit of noise from the entrance door when guests came and went, but that’s just people being careless, not the hotel’s fault.

The location was good, but the shower didn’t work properly, everything was leaking and broken, and there was mold in the bathroom that urgently needs renovation. It was super bright, and the neighbors were obnoxiously loud, waking me up at 5 am so I couldn’t sleep again.
