The hotel is beautiful, the food at the restaurant is a delight, and the waiters are wonderful, but the pool was filthy because of the holiday crowds on the 12th, the water was freezing cold and made us shiver, the poolside restaurant—probably outsourced—served terrible food: the fries were just oil, the chicken was greasy, and the heated pool was also dirty; the place felt very secluded with only couples swimming.

The coffee is great and the staff are excellent, yet the hotel needs a major renovation: the furniture is old, the bed is disappointing, I asked for daily cleaning because of cockroaches and the front desk said they had done pest control, which was unpleasant; the location is good and the room is spacious, but the overall condition is a shame.

The cleaning is good and the place is close to the sites, but the rooms need maintenance and the acoustics are terrible, so I had bad nights sleeping.

The beds are very comfortable, we were always given room cleaning promptly, and the room is wide and cozy, but the internet connection across the property was subpar with frequent drops and slowness, forcing us to rely on mobile data most of the time we were there.
