The location is very central, right in the heart of Kadikoy. The rooms and furniture are old, and on the second night of our stay the room and hallway smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.

The location is good. It is unclear whether the room was thoroughly cleaned before our arrival – we found tickets from the previous guest in the room 🙈. Basically, the bathroom seems to need renovation. The staff spoke almost no English.

“Had to leave earlier than planned , very poor cleanliness and hygiene : avoid !”

The spot is decent, but the place was a nightmare. The staff were filthy and indifferent, ignoring our parking problem and refusing help. The room itself was a disaster: it hadn't been cleaned at all—long hair on the bed and around the room, no toilet paper (we had to ask), bed bugs leaving holes in the sheet and bites all over when we woke up, a filthy kettle, dead insects on the walls, an ashtray with used cigarette butts on the balcony, dirty toilet walls and fittings, stained towels, and windows that rattled loudly. The A/C leaked, and the staff wouldn't fix anything or offer a refund.

The AC was solid and the staff were fantastic, and the location was great, but the bed was hard, the insulation was poor, and the shower head holder was broken.

The location and room size were good, but there were too many mosquitoes, so we couldn't ventilate properly, and there was cigarette smoke in the corridor.
