“Terribile esperienza”

Location was fine, price low, room spacious, staff friendly. The room was filthy, carpet stained everywhere, no services, staff barely spoke any English (despite the mentioned friendliness). I knew the building was half under construction with construction sites everywhere, but I never saw a room kept so poorly; I wanted to leave immediately. In the morning they re‑made the bed, changed the towels, and didn’t even clean or wash the coffee cups. It’s hard to find because the hotel has a different name on every app, site, or platform. Avoid.

It feels newly built, everything looks very clean. The furnishings and fittings have a higher‑end feel than hotels in this price range normally do. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good because it’s close to metro lines.

The area is great, everything is close and we already had a good vibe. The elevator was the only issue.

“Hotel decente”

The location is perfect, right in front of Raffles. The room is huge with an amazing bathroom. The hotel entrance is scary, but once you go up to the hotel floor it’s a different story. The facilities could be a bit cleaner, and there was a piece of furniture in the room that was in bad condition.
