The location is excellent, with plenty to explore nearby and the beaches are breathtaking. The property is well maintained and the pool is lovely. Host Luca was very friendly and helpful. Overall, everything worked out perfectly.

The accommodation is brand‑new, spotless, and features an open living‑dining‑sleep area with a beautiful pool. The bedroom lacks a window, but that didn’t bother us. The apartment is well equipped, with window screens and even a washing machine. A well‑stocked supermarket is just a few minutes on foot, the historic town of Posada with a good selection of restaurants is 20 minutes away, and several nice beaches are quickly reachable by car. Host Luca is very attentive, checking in multiple times to make sure everything is fine, and he offered great tips for local festivals. If something was missing, he handled it immediately. Communication was straightforward via WhatsApp. As a farewell gift, he gave us a bottle of Sardinian wine from his father’s vineyard.

Everything matched the description. Free parking is available. Several restaurants and shops are nearby, and the sandy beach is gorgeous. You can play table tennis and billiards for free in the accommodation. The place is also great for kids. The airport connection is excellent. I especially want to thank host Luca, who was very kind and helpful—thanks to him for a pleasant stay. We grilled twice. It was a dream vacation. The only downside was mosquitoes, but we brought our own repellent from home.

Everything. The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed. The bed was king size and very comfortable. The pool was glorious. Luka was the best host possible. He was helpful, generous and very responsive. On our second day he asked if there was anything we wanted and when I asked if we could have some washing powder he bought some for us. Nothing
