“Pésima atención no aceptaron mi reservación”

I arrived at the hotel and they told me they weren't working with Booking and that my reservation didn't exist; at 6 am I had to start looking for another hotel even though I had a confirmation email.

“Pesimo”

There was no reception, and the place looked like it was still being fixed up; I couldn't stay because the reservation was cancelled when I arrived and there was no phone line to ask about it. The front‑desk woman told me she hadn't authorized the booking and blamed the booking app, but I still felt it was very unclear and unhelpful.

The owner, a lady, was very friendly and the staff were helpful, but while we were staying the building was undergoing construction and they had to move us to another room because water started leaking from the ceiling.

Nothing good; they didn't honor the reservation we made, so we had to find another place to stay.
