The food and the views. The renovations. The place needs improvements on cleanliness. Our room had a leaking hand basin. There hardly any signs indicating that the floors were wet or maintenance taking place. Sewerage was smelling in our room

The staff, the spa and the general property. Bookings.com wasn't clear about a wheelchair room, the bathroom was horrible for us as an able bodied couple

“Comfortable and easy.”

The location was excellent and the hotel facilities great when with young children. The only issue was the non heated pool. If it wasn’t for this, I would definitely return but I think all hotels need to offer a heated pool to enable swimming all year round for guests. Maybe bulk up the cleaning team as well. Rubbish sat idle for ages before someone cleaned up after guests around the deck which could easily be avoided. Not a heated pool

“Disappointed”

Location and restaurants were good . Sea facing accommodation also very nice. Very dirty . From the rooms with hair in the drawers and not cleaned to the play area that had drinks and knifes and forks all over the play area which is inside the building . Looked like no one cleaned there in 1 year. Food inside the machines also didn’t appreciate paying for breakfast when making the booking to then been informed breakfast was not included in arrival to then been informed on departure that it was supposed to be included which we were paying additional for the whole time
