We were traveling as a group of about 8‑10 people organizing charity concerts, so we had to arrange accommodation well in advance. After booking, the owner called right away to confirm all details and warned that a daytime check‑in might not be possible, so we planned to arrive around 23:00. She agreed and I called again the day before to confirm nothing had changed; she assured us she would be waiting. After our performance, I called to let her know we’d be a bit late, but she replied that we would probably be noisy and therefore denied us a late check‑in, effectively leaving us with no roof over our heads an hour before curfew. The hostel might be decent, but if you book it, understand that your stay depends entirely on the owner's mood; the booking platform would probably penalise or block such a place.

It was warm, cute, cozy, and they let us bring a cat for an extra fee. There’s light, and blackout mode is a joy. Lyudmila is polite, friendly, and overall I liked everything. I don’t know where the bad reviews come from.

The administrator was friendly, the house is interesting, clean, convenient, and budget‑friendly. I didn’t have time to note any downsides.

Good location, fresh air, friendly staff. The tap water tastes good and has no odor. The furniture in the room was worn and needed renovation, and the yard had almost no greenery.
