The hotel was conveniently near the WTC, situated in a safe neighbourhood, and the room was spacious and cozy. The terrace was great for chilling and relaxing, and every staff member was friendly and kind.

The location works well enough for me, especially since I was there for work; the staff were very friendly, the room was clean with plenty of space, the beds were comfortable, and room service was quick. However, after the cleaning crew left, they forgot to leave the towels, and when I asked the front desk for mobility information around town, they couldn’t help me.
