I found very little to like about the property; the location was convenient in some ways, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The room was unhygienic and unclean, with a strong, unpleasant cigarette smell throughout the property, and the toilets were very dirty and poorly maintained. Service was also very disappointing: I was given the wrong entry code, had to wait outside for more than 1.5 hours with my luggage before I could get inside. The area felt unsafe and was concerning. Overall, the cleanliness, service, communication and condition of the property were far below an acceptable standard.

The property did not match the photos in the ad; it was very old and run down, and the cleanliness was nowhere near standard.

The room was a mess – walls were covered in mold and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. I couldn't find a single spot that felt fresh, so I really wish they'd give the place a proper deep clean.
