The location is beautiful with a spectacular view, the staff are professional, and the direct view from our Studio onto the pool is lovely. However, there was a lot of humidity; the Studio could have been pleasant and spacious, but it was so damp that it even emitted a bad odor.

Breakfast was great, quick, and the beach was easy to reach. All the staff were amazingly accommodating and helpful. The phone with navigation and easy suggestions was great for exploring the island and quick communication with the hotel. The pool off our room wasn’t private, so we had to keep our door closed while children swam in rooms down the way and an old man doing laps didn’t notice us. The private lounge chairs became unusable with other guests swimming by. The resort was popular with families, so it was hard to find romance or privacy. For the cost and the staff’s attention to detail, the clientele and behavior were unexpected. With the resort’s seclusion, it felt like there should be better ways to enjoy the property without everyone seeing you all the time.

The spot on the beach was gorgeous, but unfortunately there was no wind for us, so we missed the waves.

Everything was perfect. The place feels like a dream. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and cozy. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing.
