What we liked most was the attention and friendliness of the hotel manager and the staff, who were very courteous and attentive throughout our stay; everything was clean and well organized, so I hope to return to Leticia and would give them 5 stars. I have no complaints about the hotel or the staff.

The staff’s service was outstanding; Don Julio was very attentive upon our arrival in Leticia and his recommendations greatly helped our stay. Reception offered tinto and aromática, and the rooms were very well kept. The price‑quality ratio is excellent, and we would definitely stay there again.

The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning and a fan. The staff were super helpful in meeting all our requests. It’s only a few steps from the center and close to many inexpensive restaurants. Highly recommended!
