I love how family‑friendly the place is, and it feels unique. I tried to join the night tour at the aquarium, but the staff seemed reluctant to help; for a hotel at this price, they wouldn’t even give us two bottles of bottled water and told us to handle the vending machine ourselves.

The aquarium tickets are included for the length of stay, which is a great deal. From the room you can see dolphins, which is fun. There’s nothing to complain about, and the room is clean.

It’s the best place ever—everyone is super friendly, the food is tasty, and the accommodation is spotless, so I can really rest. I definitely recommend it!

The hotel was stunning with gorgeous designs. Our bedroom was lovely and we received an upgrade that was incredible; the balcony overlooked the sea and the dolphin training tank. The sunsets were absolutely beautiful. The food was really nice, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I wish there were a soft‑drink machine at the restaurant where we could help ourselves, and no one ever came around to take our drink orders.
