I liked the calm, family‑friendly atmosphere, the clean beach, comfortable rooms, and the delicious food with many options. The kids’ week programme was beautiful! This is my second visit and I plan to return more often. Nothing to complain about.

The gardens are well tended, but the pool and beach areas lack good lounge chairs; the hotel is large yet only has 7 tables and chairs with umbrellas, just 5 pool loungers all with a metal bar in the middle because the fabric gave out and they’re unusable. There’s no proper management, never enough towels at the pool, and the restaurant chairs are very dirty.

This is my second visit to the Resort with my family, and I love the Tororomba. The facilities are great, the food tasty, access easy, and the overall vibe pleasant. Staff service is flawless, making us feel at home with always friendly and straightforward communication. The recreation team—Tia Formiga, Tia Cigarra, and the crew—are wonderful. The amenities were even better than last time, and I’ll definitely return.
