The room entrance was comfortable and the breakfast staff were kind. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the room felt cold, and the furniture was awful.

When I fly into MXP I usually stay at a hotel right at the airport, like the Tribe, but I’m curious to try other options. If I have a spare afternoon before a flight, this place is a good, affordable choice, especially if I’m out birdwatching or storm chasing in the area (I filmed a tornado west of Vercelli years ago). I’d love to see Piranha open a similar motel near MXP.

Located just 10 minutes by car from the highway, it offers free parking right in front of the room and a secure garage. The breakfast and restaurant are excellent, and the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious. Everything is clean and thoughtfully arranged. The hostess and staff are friendly and helpful, and the property is dog‑friendly. I’ve stayed here several times and consider it the best option for driving in northern Italy. The facilities feel a bit dated, but they’re still very functional.
