Xavier was very nice and took good care of the guests, organized a scooter for me at a reasonable price, the room was clean, I could always get fresh water, and the breakfast was delicious—definitely the best baguette in Laos.

The stay was great, affordable, well‑located, and the hosts were very friendly; they rent motorcycles for a much lower price than agencies, the shower water was hot, and I recommend it! Nothing I didn’t like.

The room was spacious, the location was great and very clean, it was very quiet, close to the center and tourist bars; Xavier, thank you so much for everything! The owner was extremely helpful, helped me plan my Bolaven loops, made sure I was settled, answered all my questions, and since there was no long‑term availability, he helped me find a great place for a longer stay—see you next time in Pakse!

Perfect for an overnight stay in Pakse; the room was clean, Xavier was very helpful, and breakfast was amazing—a huge bowl of fruit and yoghurt.

The room was very comfortable and very clean, all necessary equipment was available and fresh water was provided; Xavier was a major asset in discovering the area, always ready for any need and offered scooter rentals on site, we even decided to return after the 4000 islands and he helped us organize our crossing to Thailand!
