“Worst "hotel" I ve been to!”

Proximity to the city centre was fine, but the place was an absolute disgrace. I couldn’t even let my dog sleep there. The photos were misleading; the reality was filthy and neglected. Calling it tired is an understatement. Furniture was falling apart, walls were spattered with spit, and the carpets were disgustingly dirty. The staff were unhelpful. When I told them I wasn’t staying another night and explained why, no solution was offered. The manager was very rude, never available when I tried to contact him. Only a bad review prompted a response, and still no solution. If you paid upfront and are unhappy with the conditions, there is no other option. I felt like a prisoner, had to cut my losses and go elsewhere, and received no money back. Learn from other people’s mistakes—avoid this place!

“Absolute filth and ignorance”

Nothing to like. There were no rails on the steep steps to the entrance, which is a problem for a disabled person and feels like a health and safety violation. The reception computers were covered in a thick layer of dust; I even wrote “CLEAN ME” on it. The kettle in the room didn’t work, and when I asked staff for a hot drink because I take multiple tablets daily, they just shrugged and said sorry. My bed was next to radiators, so every time I moved it clanged. In my opinion, the place should be closed down. I will never return.

“Ok.for a night”

The location was excellent for all the amenities, shops, town centre, and BSRS. However, the TV didn’t work, there was no aerial in the room, the alarm went off four times during the night, and there was no heating.

Checking in and parking went well.vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv. It could have been cleaner
