“梦幻且美好,是我住过最棒的温泉酒店”
The service was flawless, especially Mark who spoke fluent English and was very attentive; thanks also to Ms. Fukuji at reception for coordinating the shuttle promptly. Everyone spoke English well, and a Taiwanese gentleman explained each dish at breakfast. My English isn’t great and I don’t know Japanese, but the staff’s patience and care were moving, and I’m very grateful. Both breakfast and dinner were outstanding and generous, showing the chef’s thoughtfulness and skill; Ise lobster, abalone, and other premium ingredients appeared in rotation, a perfect blend of art and flavor. Daily complimentary snacks and drinks were generous, lifting the mood. The scenery was the least remarkable aspect, but when moonlight hit the mirror‑like sea, the Pleiades hung beside the moon, distant ships and lights drifted slowly across the horizon, and nearby waves crashed rhythmically against the rocks, producing a pleasant sound; standing on the balcony, you feel the tangible happiness of that moment. On the first night, we didn’t know to turn off the outdoor hot spring lights, so we went to eat; after dinner we returned to find many camellias and other insects in the hot spring, but the staff were wonderful and drove all the bugs away. The next day there were no insects, suggesting the staff applied some treatment to repel them.
