The location was cozy, and the breakfast, even though it came from a nearby café, was excellent. However, I can’t justify calling this a 4‑star place as claimed; it should be downgraded to 2 stars. The hotel has no reception desk—access is via codes—and there’s no elevator. Daily cleaning and room making only happen if you ask for it, so you’ll have to move elsewhere for breakfast. The price is over 220€ per night, which is the worst value for money I’ve ever encountered; I’ve slept in 5‑star hotels in exclusive spots for under 200€.

The hotel is nice and pleasant, situated in a great spot in central Florentine, and it even offers a kitchenette in the room, plus a kitchenette in every corridor.

The spot has a very good location and the staff are friendly. The room was small but clean and comfortable, offering good value for money.
