“Tranquilo y agradable lugar”
La ubicación , tranquila y con todo lo necesario para estar cómodo, desayuno rico y variado. Solo que el primer día no había agua caliente pero eso era por un mantenimiento que habían realizado, lo reportamos y lo solucionaron rápidamente
Instalación cómoda, amplia y acogedora, servicios higiénico impecables y equipado, incluyendo la calefacción. Que no incluyeran el desayuno en el costo de la noche de la habitación
“Günstig, aber man muss zu Abstrichen bereit sein”
Sehr günstig und gut gelegen. Es ist sehr laut, der schöne Innenhof lädt zum verweilen ein, dadurch ist zu jeder Tageszeit ein Pegel gegeben und es wird schnell laut (auch in den Zimmern, da die meisten zum Innenhof sind), das wlan hat an einem von drei Tagen funktioniert, die Handtücher waren meine persönliche Hölle, diese sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Das Personal zeigt sich bemüht und man bekommt immer „dont worry about it“ oder „ill take care of it“ zu hören, aber keine meiner Anliegen wurden jemals gelöst 😄

La ubicación, zona tranquila y con todas las comodidades para pasar una buena estancia en Cusco. No tuve inconvenientes, salvo que en algún momento no había agua caliente pero lo reportamos y se solucionó rápidamente
“Restful stay after trekking”
I had a 2 floor room which was more than I booked so think I was upgraded which was nice. I loved the room upstairs with the little windows overlooking the city. Shower was really powerful and hot which was great after a day of trekking. The bed was really comfy. Great location close to the square and many cafes, bars and restaurants. nothing
