The room was cozy, the spa and massage area were great, and the large green grounds and parking were convenient, plus the proximity to the mountains. However, a water bottle should be placed in the room, and the breakfast could be more varied (though we were off‑season).

We had a very pleasant stay at My Hotel Karakol; the room was clean, tidy and comfortable; the staff were friendly and helpful; the accommodation has a nice atmosphere and is a good base to explore Karakol and the surrounding area; definitely recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Karakol!

Very good hotel, the room was very pleasant; the lack of direction from the front desk to enforce silence was an issue— a group of Koreans made noise all night, which was a real lack of respect; the hotel should have intervened.

The location is great; breakfast was satisfactory; hot water was always available at any time; the administration worked competently; the rooms were warm; daily cleaning and linen changes were done; thank you; the only negative was that the shoe and ski dryer was a bit cramped.

Great, modern, spotless hotel. Every day a new breakfast. Fresh, pleasant linens, high‑quality shampoos and shower gels, and a spacious parking lot. Everything’s fine.
