मेहमान होटल को हर पहलू पर कैसे आंकते हैं।
The hotel was very clean, the breakfast good, and the staff dedicated and committed, but the airport shuttle was too slow and inaccurate; waiting in the cold for too long was uncomfortable.

The place was very noisy, with planes overhead, and the breakfast was a disaster.

We stayed on the first floor, just two doors from the front desk, and our neighbor blasted loud music all night; the staff never asked them to lower it. We asked for a wake‑up call at 3:15 am, the front desk said it was fine, but we never got it, and by 3:45 am there was no one at the desk to address the issue.

The location is fine, but the front‑desk girls were unpleasant.

The place is unsafe, with staff running an outbound business and human trafficking, and I felt racism.
