The room was spotless, yet no one was on site when we arrived. After calling the number nine times and being told the line was busy, we had to ask a neighboring business if they knew the owner; they called her, who showed up about ten minutes later. Signage for entering the premises was very poor, and the owner explained that my number wasn’t linked to the booking, so she couldn’t contact me even though we had stated our arrival time.

The spot was unique, but the glamping tent was ripped and wouldn’t close; it was scorching even with the AC, the tent facilities were subpar, the bed was uncomfortable, and the second fold‑out metal beds were awful for a teen, though the bathroom stayed clean.

The bed was comfy and we were glad to leave, but we were assigned a glamping tent instead of the king room we booked; daytime heat and nighttime chill were brutal, the AC couldn’t handle it, the screen zippers were broken with holes, we had to boil a jug on the floor because the lead was too short, power came from extension leads and boards on the floor, the shower and toilet were outside, and the promised room features—sound proofing, sofa, hardwood floors, iron, cloth rack, minibar—were all missing; the reception looked like a dump with piles of paper and other detritus, manned by two ladies who seemed newly hired and clueless about operations; management was absent and no apology was offered; we paid $760 for three nights while friends who booked a king room weeks later got a cheaper rate and a hotel guest room.

A very pleasant place to stay. The room could use a bit more light – the lighting could be better but that would cost money. The staff were lovely. The bathroom was spacious and bright. We would stay again 😊. The on‑site restaurant is excellent.
