I found roaches or roach‑like bugs everywhere; the bed was fine, but the ice machines were full of bugs and no one helped; a Fanta orange cost $5 and there was no ice; two roaches appeared in the toilet as soon as we arrived; I was too exhausted to worry, so I needed a nap to keep going; breakfast was not as advertised on the website, and after seeing the bug infestation in the ice machine I had no interest in eating; it was not a good place, but after 16 hours we napped and ran.

I tried to give this place another chance after the billing issue from my last stay, yet they still claim they didn't receive the money, even though my bank records show otherwise; I attempted to keep the conversation light when I arrived, but the woman was as nasty as before; she tried to overcharge me again because I mentioned the $12 credit she had offered, yet she insisted on collecting the full amount; she wouldn't even listen to my side, leading to an argument, and I'm not sure if they charged me for a day I didn't stay; I ordered in five minutes, was at the door, and had to cancel quickly because of her attitude.

I didn't like anything; dead roaches, people smoking and drinking outside, kids running around, missing elevator buttons, and a terrible moldy smell made it unsafe.
