Not much to say positively; the staff were unhelpful or absent, the location was too far from the centre, breakfast was cancelled, and the carpet in the room was dirty.

The staff were great, very welcoming. The cleanliness of the room we stayed could be better. More thorough hovering of the carpet and cleaning inside the draws as 5hey were very dusty
