The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym was excellent. The air conditioning didn’t work; the room was 28 °C at night. When I entered the room, I found a lot of grime in the toilet.

The staff are exceptional, kind, courteous, and very helpful. Breakfast is varied and abundant, with many choices. The internal structure is dated, but the rooms are very spacious, including the bathrooms. The furnishings are old and I don’t like the carpet in general. The owner mentioned they should renovate it. With a few updates, it could really become a four‑star place.

Breakfast offers a wide selection. The bathroom was not clean, and there were five crickets inside the room.

The staff’s availability and the room’s comfort, plus the abundant and delicious breakfast, make me want to return. I would only add a few more sets of shampoo and soap.

Excellent service and breakfast. The summer in Italy with inefficient air conditioning was a bit of a nuisance.
