The studio was fun and very tidy, and I’d recommend it for anyone visiting Vlissingen; we stayed on the top floor during very hot days, and the studio was scorching on arrival, plus the portable air‑con leaked so we couldn’t use it; we’d also mentioned bringing a dog, so a studio on the top floor with all those wooden stairs isn’t ideal.

The apartment was spacious with long beds, but the shower’s thermostat valve was broken and only produced scorching hot water; the staff offered a reasonable fix by letting us shower in another room.

The hallway to the studio was a lot of fun to walk through—what you see on the front isn’t what you expect! It’s cozy, colorful, and fully equipped; just keep in mind that people above the studio walk by, so you can hear them.

We were disappointed with our stay. The hotel was extremely noisy and the room was hot, making sleep almost impossible. Everything creaked and the cleanliness was mediocre. The balcony doors didn’t lock properly, which felt unsafe and uncomfortable. Overall, we had a terrible night and the hotel fell far short of our expectations, so it’s not a recommendation for us.
