Everything from the amenities to the quirky vibe and helpful staff hit the mark, and the spot is great, though the bed felt too firm for me and the pool area could use more comfy seating.

The staff were fantastic, especially Bianca who always offered food suggestions, Erica who pointed out vegetarian breakfast spots for our friend, and Angel who helped throughout. The location was spot on, within walking distance of great music, Bourbon St and the French Market. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and the AC worked well. After a busy day the pool was a treat, and the desk stocked ice for filling water bottles.

The location is excellent. The room was fairly worn and not as clean as one would hope. Freshening is in order
