The place is pretty charming, a bit old‑fashioned but well maintained, so I’ll return. The only gripe was the ice machine area—daily spraying or a wash‑down is needed because the surrounding area and the machine itself were quite dirty. It’s outside, yet keeping it dust‑free would make guests feel more comfortable, so please keep the ice machines clean.

The resort itself was great, especially the pools. The only downside was the lack of free coffee in the lobby and the tiny refrigerator in the room.

Our room was nice with a very comfortable bed, and we enjoyed the balcony. Parking and driving around the property felt a bit cramped.

The room was clean and roomy and the staff were excellent. We liked it all. Large property with lots to do. Multiple restaurants and pools including an adults only pool. We had 1 small maintenance issue which was handled immediately. Great service

The property is amazing. Check‑in was great and very friendly. The resort has been around for a long time and they’ve kept it in good shape. Our room’s air conditioner was a bit loud—constant at 112 dB—but we slept with earplugs so it was manageable. I felt it ran the whole time we stayed. We dined at the Point in Tyme Friday and Saturday evenings in the bar area; the service wasn’t great. The staff seemed more focused on their own side of the bar than on guests needing help, and they were not particularly friendly. Breakfast in the lower dining room by the buffet was amazing, with a great waitress and a busy crowd of hungry morning people. The evening scene was oddly desolate—perhaps we arrived too early for a crowd. The Falls pool area was fun, the water was nice and cool, and our server was amazing. The shuttle service was a bonus, especially since our building was high up; the driver even made an extra trip to bring us down to the pool and dining. Thank you. We’ll definitely come back for our anniversary, though we might skip dinner at Tyme next time. I love the southwest look—very beautiful.
