We stayed just one night during our Via Francigena trek. We barely had to get off the road, and we managed to book a very fair‑priced, very clean stay. The reception staff were friendly and direct. The room was large, elegant, and clean. The internet in the room was not always available, and the huge smart TV was unfortunately not installed—one night I didn’t feel like setting everything up from registration to internet.

Absolutely perfect experience! The hotel is in an excellent, welcoming location, but what really makes it special is the staff: from the moment we arrived at reception we were greeted with smiles and maximum availability. The best surprise was the free upgrade to a higher‑category room—an incredibly spacious, bright, and meticulously cared‑for accommodation. The cleanliness was impeccable, the bed was super comfortable, and the view was truly wonderful. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for their generosity and professionalism. We will definitely come back!

The hotel has a paid pool—50 € for two. That’s outrageous; everywhere else it’s free, and I chose the hotel for that reason, so I regret it. The paid pool is a shame.
