The mattress and pillows were very comfortable, and the room was spotless with basic comforts; the bed and bath linens were white, just what I expect at a B&B. Michele is a very present, helpful, and welcoming host, yet also discreet. The room is quiet even though the street below is paved, and distant cars make a faint hiss. We were there to support an exam, and as we confirm, the room is incredibly lucky! I liked everything, but I have two suggestions: 1) make the shower mat more visible— we didn’t notice it, perhaps it was there, but to avoid bothering Michele who was already super helpful, we didn’t ask. 2) provide disposable slippers; a small comfort that adds a lot of value to the stay. Good job.

Michele is a perfect host—kind and helpful. The place is in an ideal spot for walking around the city, and you can park your car in the building’s parking lot. The room has all the comforts, is elegant, and every detail is taken care of. You can choose to have breakfast at the B&B or at the bar, and the room also has everything you need to make coffee and tea.

The room was brand new, spacious, and the bathroom was large. Michele was very helpful and friendly. Nothing to complain about.

The location is really great—close to the center but very quiet. The parking at the base of the building is very convenient. The reception is fantastic, with Michele and Lorenzo quickly replying to WhatsApp messages.
