First, the toilet is so close to the door that anyone taller than 1.60 m can’t sit down properly. Second, the elevator is absolutely terrible and risky; the first‑floor door is broken and won’t open, so we always had to call for help and the front‑desk staff were on the phone asking us to wait… absurd. It’s awful and overpriced given its location and quality… I don’t care about the city; this is insane.

The reception and common area were great. The bathroom sink in the room was very small.

The neighborhood is quiet; I walked at night and felt safe. The metro station is a bit far, about a 15‑minute walk. It’s mainly residential, so there aren’t many shops nearby, but a Carrefour is about 10 minutes on foot. The elevator is the most claustrophobic thing I’ve seen; it barely fits a person, so I didn’t dare use it. At night the fire alarm went off and all guests rushed downstairs. It was a false alarm, but the staff didn’t know how to turn it off, so it kept ringing for over 10 minutes. The bathroom is so cramped that you can’t use the toilet with the door closed.
