The room was very clean and pretty, but everything was automated and electronic—codes to enter the room and so on—which was hard for people not used to all that. Also, the bathroom was small.

The staff were friendly, especially Dee Mann, but the woman at reception was arrogant, intolerant, and unfriendly. The air conditioner didn't work, the TV had issues, and the balcony doors wouldn't close. Water leaked into the room during rain, and there was a sharp corner in the shower that cut my hand at night. The location and the man at reception were good ☺️
