“Geht gar nicht.”

Complete disappointment. No, outrageous. The room was in the basement. Dirty, holey sheets, dead bugs on the door frame, hair on the bedding, an unwashed toothbrush glass, stale water in the kettle. The room was completely filthy. No staff on site to complain. I left immediately. Two weeks after sending a complaint email, still no reply. It's not a fake listing; it really was that way. Photos exist but aren't posted here.

“sehr schlechter Service!”

One of the rooms was swapped without any notice, so a group of guests ended up without a room. We were also denied a refund for that room.

I stayed in a room that was practically a disaster zone – holes in the walls and the door, a 190 m tall “Baggage” sign hanging over the entrance, and a construction‑site light in the bathroom that had to be plugged in; its exposed cable was taped with electrical tape, which is definitely not acceptable in a wet area. After waiting 40 minutes, the staff offered us a different room and said it was “not so bad”, but we were told we could not cancel for free. I would never book this place again.

“Sehr schlecht”

The rooms were in a disgusting state – the bed collapsed when we sat on it and we had to fix it ourselves. The sheets were torn, the shower was broken, and the shower wall was ripped off so it couldn’t slide back. The table and chairs were also in a terrible condition. We’re still wondering where the pictures on the booking site were taken.
