The location was convenient and they provided parking; the front‑desk staff were friendly and even helped us upgrade to a larger room for free. The whole property smelled strongly of smoke—from the entrance through the corridors to the rooms—and the odor lingered despite the housekeeping effort, which was a real drawback.

It’s great that the place is pet‑friendly. However, the guests next door were extremely noisy, shouting to their dog loudly after 2 am, and I don’t understand why we weren’t allowed to bring breakfast into the room—if the restaurant’s bread can’t be taken in, does that mean no outside food at all? Being charged a cleaning fee for that feels unreasonable.

The staff are courteous, the location is relatively quiet. Unfortunately, every elevator movement is heard extremely loudly in the room. The stated room size was definitely under‑stated, and the staff’s English is very poor.

The room was spacious and bright, and breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes. At night the bathroom let through sounds from the neighboring room; when I returned after turning the lights off, the thin walls let my hair‑dryer noise disturb my roommate, so I could only wash my hair the next morning. The bathroom was small, making it hard to store personal items, and it had to serve five or six people, lacking any shelf for towels or clothes. There was no wet‑dry separation, which felt unsafe. We had to bring our own water because there was no kettle. The bed and pillows were on the firmer side, so light sleepers were easily disturbed. The floor had no carpet, so walking in slippers at night made noise that woke me.

The breakfast was decent, pretty much on par with what you’d find at other hotels, but I noticed some sticky residue on the bathroom floor and the elevator we used felt a bit dated.
