The staff were friendly, everything was close to the center, the hotel was pretty, though a bit worn. Breakfast was good. There was no elevator, the mattress was too firm for some, but that’s a personal preference.

The spacious room was lovely and clean, and the breakfast was good. Located right in the city center, the hotel owner, Mr Kosal, deserves all the praise—he was friendly and helped with everything, even arranging a well‑talking tuk‑tuk driver for us. One downside: occasionally the toilet smelled a bit.

The staff were attentive and welcoming; the outdoor bathroom and pool were great, and the staff organized our tours. Breakfast was fine, and the two‑room suite offered good privacy.
